  • How long does Hydro Buddy keep drinks cold or hot? Thanks to our thermal-lock, double-wall vacuum insulation, your Hydro Buddy is engineered to keep drinks ice-cold for up to 24 hours and piping hot for up to 12 hours.

  • Will my Ice Buddy sweat? Never. Our condensation-free design ensures the exterior stays completely dry, no matter how cold your drink is or how hot the weather gets. Your bag and desk are safe.

  • Does it fit in a standard car cup holder? Yes! Most of our daily-carry sizes are specifically engineered with a tapered base to fit perfectly into standard vehicle cup holders for your urban commute. (Check individual product specs for exact dimensions).

  • Is Ice Buddy dishwasher safe? While our stainless steel bodies are highly durable, we strongly recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water to preserve the premium exterior finish and the vacuum seal over time. The lids are top-rack dishwasher safe.
